TNA Wrestling is now on the road to TNA Slammiversary on June 28. This may look like a long ride to the PLE, but it gives more reasons to watch Thursday Night iMPACT weekly on AMC (or TNA+). Last week, Rich Swann and Mike Santana offered a Match of the Year candidate, which means the best matches can also happen in the weekly show, not only on PPV.
As TNA Wrestling announced its full 2026 schedule of live events and PLEs, we know that before TNA Slammiversary on June 28, Thursday Night iMPACT will be live on May 14, but the rest of the episodes will be taped ones. The show is now reuniting 250K people every week on AMC, so let’s get it on this way.
Last night on NXT, there was no content related to TNA Wrestling. Then, NXT’s Arianna Grace has been the TNA Knockouts Champion since TNA No Surrender 2026. As long as an NXT star holds a TNA title, taking a look at what happened on NXT will be useful.

Thursday Night iMPACT Preview (4/30/26) – The Stakes at TNA Wrestling
This week on Thursday Night iMPACT on AMC, emotions hit a breaking point as rivalries turn personal and the TNA International Championship is up for grabs following Mustafa Ali’s open challenge. Elijah battles Frankie Kazarian in a Guitar Strap Match, and Allie returns after her resurrection from the Undead Realm. Expect a volatile night from start to finish.
In the first-ever Walk with Elijah Guitar Strap Match, Elijah battles Frankie Kazarian with both men bound together by a 12-foot strap. After Kazarian’s cemetery attack and mocking in-ring concert impersonation, this rivalry has turned deeply personal, and there will be no escape.
We’ll hear from TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater, who continues to build momentum inside the ring.
The Knockouts division continues to heat up as Allie, Rosemary, and Mara Sadé face Tessa Blanchard, Victoria Crawford, and Mila Moore. It marks Allie’s first match since her resurrection from the Undead Realm.

Jeff Hardy faces Vincent as the bad blood between The Hardys and The Righteous continues to grow following the shocking betrayal at Sacrifice 2026, where Matt Hardy was viciously attacked. After last week’s chaos involving Dutch, Jeff now looks to defend his brother and settle the score.
Mr. Elegance goes one-on-one with The Home Town Man after The Personal Concierge secured him an in-ring opportunity through Director of Operations Daria Rae. With eyes on making a statement, Mr. Elegance looks to turn the spotlight in his favor.
The TNA International Championship is on the line as Mustafa Ali defends his title against Adam Brooks following an open challenge. Brooks looks to seize a massive opportunity, while Ali aims to prove his dominance once again.

Revenge
Elijah faces Frankie Kazarian in a Walk With Elijah match, which is a Guitar Strap match. I was for another Guitar Case Casket match, but this one is also ok for me. A strap match means a lot of pain, such as whipping, strangling, or hurting. It will be the perfect conclusion to the Kaz/Elijah storyline, violently walking. Nygma says: Ok for the strap, but I need a RIP to a guitar on someone’s back.
Allie, Rosemary, and Mara Sadè came back from the Undead Realm. The Demon resurrected the Bunny. For the Diamond Collective, it was coming back from a nightmarish land. What Tessa Blanchard, Victoria Crawford, and Mila Moore didn’t understand is that the power of the Undead Realm also works in the iMPACT Zone. Nygma says: I love nightmarish matches.
Jeff Hardy faces Vincent, a week after Dutch defeated his brother Matt. Something was definitely broken for the Hardys when the Righteous entered their minds and cost them the TNA World Tag Team titles. Nygma says: Broken for Broken, the Deletion of the Righteous is coming. Brother Matt, Brother Nero, we’re waiting for you.

Glory
TNA International Champion Mustafa Ali decided to compete against independent opponents from everywhere in the world. Australia was the first country to be decided. And I feel bad for Adam Brooks because it’s Ali and Order 4. The chances for him or any other country representative are none. Nygma says: What do you expect? Order 4 always means 5-on-1 matches. I ask myself which country will prevail.
Mr. Elegance faces the Home Town Man. Once again, we talk about the Elegance Brand, which means a 5-on-1 match. In the hairspray, hair brush, and stilettos world, there’s nothing to expect but some interference, cheating, etc. Nygma says: Nothing, I could become very angry.
TNA X-Division Leon Slater has some things to say. On May 15, Slater could become the longest-reigning X-Division Champion in the history of TNA Wrestling. The problem is, Cedric Alexander knows it, too. If Slater gives him another chance at the title, it will be another great match, as the in-ring chemistry between them is incredible. Nygma says: It really seems like TNA, and probably Slater himself, wants Alexander to be the next X-Division Champion. Why?
