Jacy Jayne made her main roster debut on the April 24, 2026, episode of SmackDown, and she didn’t come alone as the former 2-time NXT Women’s Champion had with her was an army, as her Fatal Influence acolytes, Lainey Reid and Fallon Henley, made their presence felt in a huge way.
#AndNEW WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Paige and Brie Bella took Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss in a showdown that the WWE Universe was clamoring to see. Before the match could reach its climax, we saw Jacy Jayne hit the ring and completely destroy all four women in the match. But it did not stop there, as the rest of Fatal Influence would make an impact, putting the WWE SmackDown women’s division on notice.
After losing her Championship rematch at NXT Revenge Night One, Jayne and Fatal Influence haven’t reappeared on NXT, making no doubt about an upcoming main roster call-up. At NXT Stand and Deliver 2026, Jayne was defending the NXT Women’s Championship against both Lola Vice and Kendal Grey.
Jayne was enjoying a dominant second run as NXT Women’s Champion, destroying everyone in her path thanks in large part to her Fatal Influence teammates Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid. Lola Vice ended her reign with her legendary backfist.
In the following NXT episode, Jacy Jayne said that Vice doesn’t know what it is to be a Champion. Before a brawl, Robert Stone made the rematch for NXT Revenge Week One. She failed to regain the title from Vice despite assistance from her fellow stablemates.
