WWE SmackDown Preview (2/13/26) – Elimination Chamber Qualifiers + 2 Title Matches

Before the day of hearts, we break open doors as Friday Night Fight Night has a ton in store for the WWE Universe as SmackDown airs on SyFy for the next two weeks. We have a couple of high-profile Elimination Chamber qualifying Triple-Threat Matches, as well as two monstrous championship showdowns. WrestleMania 42 is still a ways away, but the action doesn’t. Here’s a WWE SmackDown preview for February 13, 2026. Let’s run it down.

Weathering the Storm

Jordynne Grace has made huge waves since becoming a part of the SmackDown roster, immediately going for the “baddest b*tch” in the yard in the form of WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill. Suffice it to say, Cargill has been absolutely dominant since becoming WWE Women’s Champion, essentially swatting every challenger in sight to the wayside to remain as WWE’s top champion.

However, Jade has never met someone quite like Jordynne Grace. A mixture of strength, speed, and raw athleticism, Jordynne Grace is an absolute specimen. These two have gone at it back and forth, gotten into verbal altercations that occasionally turned physical. Grace and Cargill would find themselves teaming up and actually scoring a win in tag team action on last week’s SmackDown.

Even then, Jade and Jordynne could only hold it together for a split second before they were at each other’s throats once again, and that’s why SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis decided that enough was enough. These two powerhouses need to settle this once and for all.

Friday night on SyFy, it’s Jordynne Grace challenging Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship!

Will Jordynne Grace strike gold in her first-ever title match on the main roster? Or will Jade Cargill tighten her stranglehold over the SmackDown Women’s Division?

Hungry for a Chance

The qualifiers for both the Men’s and Women’s 2026 Elimination Chamber continue this Friday night, and one particular Triple-Threat qualifier has the potential to steal the show or send it into absolute chaos. It’s Cody Rhodes, Jacob Fatu, and Sami Zayn: three men who had a lot at stake and will go through anything to come out on top.

Sami Zayn has vowed that he will win his first WWE Championship in 2026, going through hell and back to win a Fatal 4-Way number one contender’s match at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event. At the Royal Rumble, Zayn was extremely close to dethroning Undisputed WWE Champion Drew McIntyre, but could not get over that massive hill.

Despite that, Zayn remains focused, and a Chamber spot puts him one step closer to becoming the number one contender again. As for Cody Rhodes and Jacob Fatu, these two have wanted to maim each other for the best part of a month after Fatu did the unthinkable and cost Cody Rhodes the Undisputed WWE Championship.

Both have an axe to grind with Drew McIntyre and want to be the first to call their shot to put away the “Scottish Psychopath finally.” That said, that’s just an extra as both have championship aspirations, with Rhodes wanting to notch his third reign with the title, and much like Sami, Jacob possibly notching his first.

As we’ve said, these are all combustible elements, and they collide this Friday night only on SyFy and Netflix!
