Set your DVRs and make a note in your internal calendars because WWE SmackDown is about to move off the USA Network for a few weeks in accordance with the Winter Olympics. USA Network, whose parent company, NBC Universal, owns the broadcasting rights to both the Summer and Winter Olympics, will temporarily trade in its coverage of wrestling for skiing, skating, and snowboarding. The displaced WWE SmackDown will move to its former home on the SyFy network, which broadcast the program for five years before it made its USA debut in 2016.
How to Watch WWE SmackDown in February?
SmackDown’s February schedule is book-ended by two episodes on the USA Network on February 6 and 27. Episodes on February 13 and 20 will be available on SyFy. The show’s timeslot will be unaffected by the network change as WWE SmackDown will continue to air at 8PM ET. It will also continue in its new three-hour format.
These episodes of WWE SmackDown will be can’t miss as starting in February, WWE is officially on the Road to WrestleMania. Expect big moments and match developments as the WrestleMania card is built. No matter SyFy or USA Network, you won’t want to miss any of the action on SmackDown this February.
