Roman Reigns will return to WWE Raw and address Paul Heyman for the first time since his former “Wiseman” forearmed him in the nuts at WrestleMania 41.
Elsewhere, CM Punk will make his voice heard for the first time since becoming number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship. Plus there’s three big matches on the card.
Here’s our full preview for WWE Raw. WWE Raw streams live on Netflix at 8PM from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.

In-Ring Action For WWE Raw
The big question ahead of WWE Raw is will The New Day still be in their tremendous grieving attire? Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston have been dressed in black lace since they lost their championships last month. They get a chance to earn a shot at the World Tag Team Championships in a No.1 contender match.
The Creed Brothers will look to keep American Made relevant in Chad Gable’s absence by picking up the win for themselves. LWO are the third team eying a shot at Finn Balor and JD McDonagh of The Judgement Day who hold the gold.
Rusev thought he was done with Sheamus after their recent bout. But Sheamus doesn’t settle for one banger. They have the second in what Sheamus hopes will be banger, after banger, after banger, after banger, after banger on this week’s WWE Raw.
Karrion Kross may have lost to Sami Zayn at Night of Champions but he got the last laugh when he cracked him in the ribs with a steel pipe on the following WWE Raw. Kross is hoping Zayn won’t show up for their match to prove his claim that Zayn is a lier and a coward to be true.
Regardless of if Zayn does arrive in Houston, expect the biggest crowd reaction of the night for Kross. Fans have been desperate to see him on WWE Raw, and this week they finally get their wish.
Promos Ahead of WWE SummerSlam
Becky Lynch has promised a proposal for Lyra Valkyria on WWE Raw ahead of their match at WWE SummerSlam. Don’t rush and buy a new hat though. This is probably a match stipulation proposal as opposed to a wedding proposal.
Perhaps with her husband on the shelf, the Women’s Intercontinental Champion is considering a loser leaves town stipulation to their match?
Rollins’ absence will add an air of confidence to CM Punk that he could dethrone World Heavyweight Champion Gunther at WWE SummerSlam. He will chat to Gunther this week to show us how confident he really is.
Finally, we get to run a sweepstake on how long it will take during WWE Raw for Roman Reigns to make Paul Heyman cry. I’m predicting there will be a tear in the eye of Reigns’ former special council the moment he steps through the curtain. With Heyman still likely to have Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed in support, there’s no guarantee that Reigns won’t be left in tears.
