It’s exactly two months to the day of when WWE 2K25 was first released and now, 2K is unveiling the first of its DLC packs has officially dropped with the New Wave pack.
WWE 2K25 DLC Release – New Wave Pack
In a release that WWE 2K25 put out this morning, the first of the five DLC character/content packs has officially become available for download. This pack includes playable characters of the Motor City Machine Guns, Stephanie Vaquer, and Giulia. This is the 2K video game debut for all four wrestlers, noted as individuals who are some of the “hottest names to join the WWE roster in recent history.”
Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin, collectively known as the Motor City Machine Guns are tag team champs the world over. Shortly after arriving as a duo in WWE, the two captured the WWE Tag Team Championship, adding to an already impressive collection of accolades from their decades together as a team. Stephanie Vaquer also enjoyed a rapid rise to WWE stardom and is already a former NXT Women’s North American Champion and current NXT Women’s Champion. She recently made her main roster in-ring debut following WrestleMania 41. Giulia has also made a name for herself in a short time, winning the 2024 Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge within a few months of her debut before becoming a former NXT Women’s Champion.

The New Wave pack includes MYFACTION cards for each wrestler in addition to over 40 different moves and taunts. Unknown is who the special celebrity character will be as the release notes that will be revealed soon along with updates on new MYFACTION card packs and Chapter 2 of The Island, which is set to feature 11 new quests, 44 new matches, and new unlockables including an alter ego for Xavier Woods and ghost of Paul Bearer.
In addition to the New Wave drop, WWE 2K25 is also revealing new MYFACTION content including the debut of the Demastered card series and a useable Urn for those who purchased any of the deluxe editions.
