Taking On The Firm

The Acclaimed has one heck of a challenge this Wednesday night as they face off against The Firm’s Lee Moriarty and Big BillMax Caster and Anthony Bowens have had ups and downs over the past few weeks. Their biggest down came in the form of losing the AEW World Tag Team Titles against The Gunns. While it wasn’t a clean win, the result is what it is and Austin and Colten Gunn are indeed the rulers of the tag division.

Wanting to reclaim their titles as soon as possible, The Acclaimed invoked their rematch clause on March 5th’s Revolution making the three-way dance into a four-team affair. That said, they need to focus on the task at hand as they face off against an extremely talented duo of Moriarty and Big Bill.

These two have a lot to prove, and what better way to do it than defeating former tag team champions? Will The Firm rise in the rankings or The Acclaimed build momentum towards their championship rematch?

Dark Order Enemy Numero Uno

“Hangman” Adam Page fought and won a chaotic Singles Match against Kip Sabian on last week’s Dynamite. Unfortunately, the Cowboy could not celebrate for long as the Blackpool Combat Club marched down to the ring to confront him. Page immediately made it known that he wanted one more shot at Jon at Revolution. Hangman didn’t want to end their rivalry on such a controversial and sour note.

However, before Mox could make his reply, the Dark Order stormed the ring, evening out the odds. Evil Uno got in the face of Moxley, willing to defend Page’s honor. Jon would disrespectfully shrug it off, bypassed the Dark Order original, and laid down the challenge for a Texas Death Match at Revolution.

AEW management would make it official that same night. That said, Moxley ruffled a few feathers after overlooking Uno, setting up a clash between the two this Wednesday night. We haven’t seen this side of Evil Uno in a long time, begging the question, did Jon Moxley make a huge mistake ahead of his barbaric battle against Hangman Page? Find out this Wednesday night on an exciting episode of AEW Dynamite only on TBS!
