World Title Three-Way Match

Moose shocked the wrestling world when he cashed in his Call Your Shot gauntlet trophy on Josh Alexander at Bound for Glory. He quickly defeated the newly crowned champion in Alexander and won the IMPACT World Title. During the Call Your Shot gauntlet match, Moose formed an alliance with W.Morrissey. That alliance was short-lived as Moose eliminated him later in the match.

Morrissey now has a chance to get revenge on Moose. But, he won’t be the only one in the main event of Hard to Kill. Matt Cardona put his spot in the match on the line a few weeks ago on IMPACT. He took on Morrissey in a hard-hitting match. Cardona won by disqualification after Morrissey shoved the referee. Morrissey continued to attack Cardona after the bell which prompted Chelsea Green to hit the ring. Moose followed shortly after, wanting the assault to continue. Morrissey instead gave Moose a boot to the face, allowing Cardona enough time to recover and drop Morrissey.

The contract signing took place the following week on IMPACT. The signing broke down and ended with Cardona accidentally hitting Chelsea Green with a chair. Emotions are high going into this match, and only one will walk out with the IMPACT World Title.

Prediction – Moose retains

Purrazzo Seeks Revenge

Deonna Purrazzo and Mickie James have been locked in a heated rivalry for months. Things seemed to end when Mickie James captured the IMPACT Knockouts Title at Bound for Glory. After James successfully defended the title against Mercedes Martinez, Purrazzo returned and laid out James. She declared that her contractually obligated rematch would be at Hard to Kill.

Due to the brawl that broke out between the two, a no-contact clause has been put in place. The match will be a Texas Death Match which means anything goes. Will, we see Matthew Rehwoldt interfere in the match? He would be able to do so without causing a disqualification for Purrazzo.

Purrazzo has a lot riding on this match as she laid out a challenge to Rok-C. After Rok-C defended her ROH Women’s Title at Final Battle, Purrazzo made her shocking return to ROH. She claimed that the belt was made for her. She told Rok-C that she will defeat James at Hard to Kill and laid out a winner take all challenge for both belts. Will she make good on that promise? Find out at Hard to Kill!

Prediction – Purrazzo recaptures the belt

ROH In The IMPACT Zone

Jonathan Gresham made history at Final Battle, ending this era of Ring of Honor as the World Champion. Although the future of ROH is uncertain, Gresham will be defending the belt in an IMPACT ring. He will take on Chris Sabin who is no stranger to Ring of Honor. Sabin is a former ROH World Tag Champion and worked multiple stints with ROH in the 2000s and 2010s. He would love nothing more than to add another ROH Title to his well-decorated career. This match should be nothing less than a technical wrestling showcase.

Gresham was one of the anchors of the ROH Pure revival in 2020 and 2021. He won the Pure Tournament and held the Pure Title for 317 days. Sabin knows his way around the technical style of wrestling and has been part of some of IMPACT’s most exciting moments. This will be a hard-fought match for a prestigious title, as the legacy of ROH continues in other wrestling promotions.

Prediction – Gresham retains
