Preview: Ring of Honor – ROH TV #523

ROH TV #523 Brody King vs Jay Lethal vs Kenny King vs Shane Taylor

Ring of Honor returns to television this weekend with ROH TV #523. We will see a four-way match featuring members of the four biggest factions in ROH. PJ Black and Brian Johnson will also square off one on one. Let’s see what ROH has in store for us this week.

ROH TV #523 Full Card

PJ Black vs. Brian Johnson

PJ Black and Brian Johnson both came up short in the Honor Rumble at Death Before Dishonor. Both men were looking to capitalize on the opportunity to get a future shot at the ROH World Title. Black also came up short in the six-man mayhem match at Glory by Honor with a spot in the World Title rankings on the line. Johnson, on the other hand, was victorious in the Pure Gaunlet match last week on ROH TV. He is looking to keep the momentum up and continue to climb the Pure Division rankings where he is currently ranked third. Will Johnson continue to climb the rankings? Or will Black get back in the win column?

Brody King vs. Jay Lethal vs. Kenny King vs. Shane Taylor

Members from the four main factions of ROH will be in a four-way match at ROH TV #523. Brody King will represent VLNCE UNLTD, Jay Lethal will represent The Foundation, Kenny King will represent LFI, and Shane Taylor will represent Shane Taylor Promotions. LFI currently holds both the Television and Tag Team Titles while STP holds the Six-Man Titles. VLNCE UNLTD and The Foundation lost their respective titles just before and at Death Before Dishonor. The winner of this match will gain a bit of momentum in the faction warfare that has overrun Ring of Honor over the last few months. VLNCE UNLTD and The Foundation are eager to bring some gold back to their respective factions. A win in this would go a long way to getting back into a position to challenge for a title.
