MLW FUSION Card: Idol vs. Protege (4/21/21)

MLW FUSION 4/21/21

Expect to see Major League Wrestling pull out all the stops for this week’s episode of MLW FUSION. This is their first episode since they announced their future move to VICE TV; they will want to keep that momentum moving. While no titles are on the line, expect MLW to begin planting seeds for the organization moving forward. With that being said, let’s dive in!

TJP vs. Bu Ku Dao

Gino Medina vs. Rocky Romero

King Mo is looking for a fight.

TJP vs. Bu Ku Dao

These men looked poised to be a threat in the tag team division, which all changed when TJP turned his back on Bu Ku Dao. This match-up was supposed to happen a month ago, but TJP assaulted Bu Ku Dao and put him out of action. Dao is back, and he has a tough out against TJP.

Since his return to MLW, TJP has been positioned as one of the best on the roster. He has only lost to the elite of MLW, and a win against him means something. That being said, this is either a setup for Bu Ku Dao to get that major win, or this will be used to set up a series of matches similar to Simon Gotch vs. Jordan Oliver.

Regardless of the outcome, both men will give their all in this match-up. I think Bu Ku Dao will walk away with the victory, but if TJP wins, expect Dao to get his win back at a later date, possibly on the debut VICE TV special. Tune in and find out what’s in store.
