There are reportedly other teams interested in the Moroccan’s signature, but the Paris giants appear to be in pole position.

Hakim Ziyech Wants PSG
The 29-year-old forward seems keen on a departure, with Paris Saint-Germain being his desired destination. Fabrizio Romano, in his tweet, stated that Hakim Ziyech has received other proposals but has told the higher-ups at Chelsea he wants to join Paris Saint-Germain.
Playing alongside some of the biggest names in world football is an exciting prospect for anyone, so there’s no doubt that his career may well propel to its optimum in Paris.
With numerous attacking incomings, Ziyech will most likely be playing second or even third fiddle for Chelsea, so his desperation to leave is not much of a surprise. Whether it be a loan or a permanent transfer, a change of scenery will only help Ziyech’s progression.

A Tough Time in West London
Chelsea have done all they physically can in this transfer window to overhaul their squad as they sit uncomfortably in 10th place in the Premier League. Champions League qualification remains at the top of Graham Potter’s priority list, and it seems that the Moroccan is not part of his future plans.
Hakim Ziyech joined Chelsea during Frank Lampard’s reign, and though he impressed initially, his stint in London has been full of ups and downs. Failing to cement himself as a mainstay in Chelsea’s starting team, a new challenge is on the horizon, and both parties seem to be facilitating a deal.
There’s obvious talent there as he received his flowers for his performances at the World Cup, where he was described as “the wizard.” He was influential in captaining his nation to their first semi-final on the biggest international stage.
