Brazil vs Croatia – Predictions and Best Odds

Brazil Current Run of Form

The Brazilian side are on an incredible run of form. They have been dominant throughout this tournament, only losing a single match to Cameroon in the group stage when putting out a second-string side. A full-strenght Selecao hammered South Korea 4-1 in their most recent match, and are looking in great condition to power through the tournament.

Croatia Current Run of Form

Croatia have seemed to be an incredibly drab side throughout the World Cup, with their player of the tournament so far being the young centre-back Josko Gvardiol. Scoring only five goals in four matches, including two dull 0-0 affairs, doesn’t indicate the best of chances for a Croatian side that seems somewhat lacklustre at the top of the pitch.

Brazil vs Croatia Prediction

On current form, Brazil should be winning this match at a relative canter. Josko Gvardiol and Dejan Lovren are good, but whether they have the ability to handle the combined weight of an attach featuring Neymar, Richarlison, Vinicius Jr and Raphinha is a completely different question. In spite of a promising defence so far in the tournament, an absolute blowout is on the cards. 4-0 to Brazil, unless Croatia have something up their sleeve.

Current Odds: Brazil vs Croatia

Brazil are firm favourites for the match at 1/3, with a Croatia victory out at 8/1.
