Barcelona Set the Conditions for Aubameyang Sale
The Premier League side have been stuck in the negotiations phase for the 33-year-old forward for quite some time now. The La Liga giants are willing to let him go, but only for the right price. Romano adds that Barcelona have notified the London side that they will only accept cash-only offers for the experienced centre-forward.

Moreover, despite their interest in signing left-back Marcos Alonso, the Spanish side doesn’t want him to be included as potential bait in the deal. Xavi Hernandez’s side are hopeful of signing the Chelsea left-back on a separate deal before the end of the transfer window.
Chelsea Set for Frantic End to Transfer Window
Chelsea’s summer transfer business is far from over. The Blues realise their need to buy more quality players in order to compete with the best sides this season. They are eager to sign Aubameyang because of his experience and history of working with Thomas Tuchel – when the two were together at Borussia Dortmund.
The Gabonese forward has earned the reputation of being a goal machine in Europe over the years. He has scored 310 domestic goals across his club career and has plenty of experience playing in the Premier League as well. Indeed, he made 128 appearances for Arsenal in the competition – scoring 68 goals and was even called ‘World Class’ by Gary Neville a few years ago.

Apart from their chase of Aubameyang, Chelsea are also in talks over a few other targets. They are desperate to sign a new centre-back and are hopeful of signing Leicester City defender Wesley Fofana, who has asked his club to let him leave. They are also interested in Everton winger Anthony Gordon and recently saw a £45 million offer for him rejected.
Chelsea have made six signings so far in the summer transfer window. These include Raheem Sterling from Manchester City, Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli as well as Marc Cucurella from Brighton & Hove Albion. They’ve also roped in youngsters Carney Chukwuemeka, Gabriel Slolina and Cesare Casadei to bolster their future.
