The young winger is one of the most wanted players in the world and news of his imminent departure will surely set football clubs on red alert. Manchester United are one of the clubs reported to be interested in him.

Sancho will command a large fee due to his age, potential and the premium associated with English players. The 19-year-old has scored 29 goals in 84 appearances for the German side. He has reached double figures in both this and last season; particularly impressive given that he often features out wide.
Reports of his exit come a few months after it was reported that he felt he was being scapegoated at Dortmund. Regardless of whether this is what contributed to his desire to leave, it was always expected that a player of his quality would move to a bigger club.
Should He Stay or Should He Go?
Jadon Sancho has impressed at Dortmund since he left Manchester City. If he chose to stay, he could become a legend at the club like Marco Reus. However, such loyalty is rare in the game nowadays, and Sancho certainly has the talent to succeed at a bigger club.
Manchester United are reportedly keen to take him to Old Trafford, though given the club’s struggles it seems unlikely. A player of Sancho’s quality needs to be in the Champions League, whilst United are nowhere near qualification. United will be looking for a long-term replacement for Alexis Sanchez if they sell him.
Other clubs such as Liverpool and Chelsea have been linked with the player. Klopp’s links with Dortmund may help him in negotiations, though the fee may put Liverpool off. Other European clubs such as Real Madrid have been linked in the past.
