FA Cup First Round Draw

Finally, after two preliminary rounds and four qualifying rounds, the First Round proper of the 2018/19 FA Cup has arrived. The First Round sees the teams from League One and League Two enter the fray against the teams from non-league that have made it to this stage.

The draw, which took place earlier this evening at Top Field, home of Hitchin Town FC, has thrown up some mouth-watering ties, such as Haringey Borough v AFC Wimbledon, Hampton & Richmond v Oldham Athletic and Metropolitan Police v Newport County, that could potentially cause some upsets when the fixtures are played over the weekend of 9th November.
