Isco, Icardi-Morata Swap Deal, Seri and Fellaini Transfer News
Manchester City Prepare Isco Bid
Pep Guardiola is preparing a summer splash in an attempt to challenge for the Champions League. Accordingly, he wishes to bring Isco in from Real Madrid.
Meanwhile, to thicken the plot, Isco may be unhappy with life at the Bernabeu as he feels underappreciated. However, Manchester City are hopeful that a bid of £70 million would tempt the Galacticos into selling. Especially if the player tries to force a move from the inside.
Chelsea to Offer Morata in Icardi Swap Deal
Spanish striker Alvaro Morata found his first season in English football very difficult. He tallied 11 goals, adding six more assists, as Chelsea finished fifth in the table.
The Blues wish to augment their strike force in an attempt to challenge for the title next season. As such, they wish to bring in Inter Milan star Mauro Icardi. In order to tempt the Italian club, Chelsea may try an Icardi-Morata swap deal.
Jean-Michel Seri in Demand
Nice may have a difficult time keeping hold of their midfielder this summer. In addition to interest from both Arsenal and Chelsea, the Ivorian is drawing interest from several other major clubs.
Reports from Italy suggest Napoli and Borussia Dortmund are courting Seri. The midfielder’s contract has a €40 million release clause and is set to expire in the summer of 2019.
Marseille in for Marouane
The Manchester United man’s contract is expiring on 30 June, and the Belgian does not look likely to sign a new deal. So, he could well be out the door of Old Trafford soon.
Europa League finalists Marseille are now trying to tempt Fellaini to France. While his wage demands may make a move impossible, the club is thought to have made contact with the player’s agent. AC Milan and Atletico Madrid are other possible destinations for the former Everton man.
