Despite a difficult start to his Premier League career, Kamada has since become a fans’ favourite after excelling in central midfield alongside Adam Wharton. With his new Crystal Palace contract extension, Kamada now looks ahead to new management under Pierre Sage as Palace enter new territory with a Europa League campaign on the horizon, a competition which Kamada is no stranger to after playing the full 120 minutes and scoring a penalty in Frankfurt’s 2022 triumph over Rangers.

Palace chairman Steve Parish outlined the:” Fantastic news for Crystal Palace, with Kamada making a great impact in the centre of midfield as well as becoming a fans favourite on and off the pitch.”

In a brief interview, the Japanese midfielder added:” We will get another trophy, I will give it my all, I promise.”
