Arsenal vs FC Kairat Team News and Confirmed Lineups

Arsenal will aim to finish off the league phase of the 2025/26 Champions League in style. It’s been a perfect season in Europe for the Gunners, winning all seven matches, including 3-1 wins against Bayern Munich and Inter Milan. Mikel Arteta’s team will be looking to make it a perfect eight from eight. Their opponents have one solitary point in this year’s competition, and despite players missing for the Gunners, it should be a routine night.

Champions League: Arsenal vs FC Kairat Team News and Confirmed Lineups

Arsenal Team News

In yesterday’s press conference, Arteta confirmed that William Saliba and Jurrien Timber will be absent for tonight’s fixture against Kairat:

“No, those are not (available). It’s a good opportunity now that we make a different kind of work with them to get them in the best possible condition for the weekend hopefully.” he said.

Declan Rice and Mikel Merino will both be missing through suspensions, having accumulated  three yellow cards in the league phase. Addressing the absenteeism of key players, the Gunners boss said: We are used to it, so that’s never going to be an excuse.”

With Arsenal comfortably through, we can safely expect as many changes as possible from Arteta for this game.
