Caicedo received a straight red against Arsenal and so will be absent for the next three Premier League matches. PremierInjuries has four seperate absentees listed as Romeo Lavia, Mykhailo Mudryk, Dario Essugo, and Levi Colwill are all unavailable for one reason or another.

There are going to be other issues to handle though, mainly the fitness of players who have been overworked in the past week and Cole Palmer who hasn’t played in two months and needs to be worked up to full fitness. Neto, James, Chalobah, Enzo, and Cucurella have all played a lot of minutes and could be rested or limited to just one half of football.
