Midfield: Granit Xhaka
Arguably, the signing of the summer, not just for Sunderland, but for the Premier League. His experience has shone during the first seven games.
Midfield: Noah Sadiki
A doubt leading up to the game; however, should he get through training without issues, he is likely to start. His energy in midfield has been a highlight so far.
Midfield: Chris Rigg
Still young but hugely talented. He was substituted during the last home game following a sending off, but impressed during his time on the field.
Left wing: Enzo Le Fee
Yet to show his true form in the Premier League this season, but on his day is not only a match-winner but a player who can open up any opposition defence.
Right wing: Chemsdine Talbi
The winger has shown glimpses of his talent since arriving in the summer, and there is much more to come. Joy against a defence struggling for confidence could do wonders for him.
Striker: Wilson Isidor
Scored in every home game so far this season, and he and the fans will be hoping for another this weekend.
Substitutes: Patterson, Ballard, Neil, Brobbey, Traore, Mayenda, Geertruida, O’Nien, Adingra
