Manchester United Confirmed Lineup vs Arsenal for March 9

This is the Manchester United confirmed lineup for their Premier League tie with Arsenal on Sunday. Manchester United Team News

Onana gets the nod in goal. Victor Lindelof, Matthijs de Ligt, and Leny Yoro are the centre-backs. Noussair Mazraoui and Diogo Dalot appear to be the wing backs with a midfield of Bruno Fernandes, Christian Eriksen, and Casemiro. Joshua Zirkzee and Alejandro Garnacho are the two attackers.

Manchester United Lineup: Onana, Lindelof, De Light, Yoro, Mazraoui, Dalot, Fernandes, Eriksen, Casemiro, Zirkzee, Garnacho

Notable Changes

Rasmus Hojlund has been dropped to the bench with three recognised central midfielders on the field which could indicate a change in shape for the Red Devils. It may be more akin to a 3-5-2 unless Eriksen or another midfielder pushes up to an attacking midfield slot behind Zirkzee or Garnacho.

Patrick Dorgu is left out with Lindelof coming in and like pushing Mazraoui into that left wing back slot that Dorgu leaves vacant.

Arsenal Team News

Raya, Timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Calafiori, Partey, Rice, Odegaard, Nwaneri, Trossard, Merino

Stay tuned for the Manchester United confirmed lineup. There will be news as well as a discussion on who started, who was dropped, and what tweaks we may see from Amorim. Be sure to keep all eyes on Old Trafford for a match that could prove pivotal in the ever-dwindling title race.
