The Egyptian forward is currently into the final six months of his current contract with the Reds, which expires at the end of June, 2025. Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol has now revealed that Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal are now ready to offer the 32-year-old winger a lucrative contract if he aspires to leave Anfield and play somewhere else next season.

It’s also added that the Saudi club want to find a replacement for Brazilian sensation Neymar, whose contract with them also expires at the end of the ongoing campaign. Kaveh also claims that Al Hilal are ready to offer to make Salah one of their leading star names heading into the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, which will be held in the USA in June and July. The Liverpool winger is currently permitted to talk to foreign clubs over a possible free transfer in the summer and can negotiate with the Saudi club if he wishes to.

Salah had claimed in an interview with Sky Sports recently that he feels that the 2024/25 campaign might be his final for the Reds, claiming: “So far, yes. It’s the last six months. There is no progress there. We are far away from any progress. So, we just need to wait and see.”
