5. Germany Home

Germany will host the Euros this summer, and Adidas have released a stunning home shirt to celebrate.

The main talking point is the colour on the top of the sleeves: a gradient of black, red, and gold (the three colours of their national flag). This is inspired by the famous 1994 World Cup kit which had a similar design. The pattern continues on the sides of the black shorts, which contrast beautifully with the white socks and shirt.

This design looks even more spectacular with a long-sleeve shirt, which Kai Havertz wore against France last month. The gradient continues down to the wrists, creating a retro look.

4. Denmark Away

Denmark’s away shirt, sponsored by the Danish brand Hummel, is simplistic: white with a subtle pixelated design.

Incredibly, the name of every single club affiliated with the Danish FA is printed inside the shirt—all 1535 of them. The Danes are a classy bunch.

The cherry on top is a beautiful polo collar that works with any jersey.

The colour red complements the base white, on the chevrons, the collar, the shorts, and the badges. This reinforces the colours of the national flag, inverted from the home strip. It’s an effortlessly clean design with a great nod to their nation’s grassroots.

3. Belgium Home

This year’s home kit is a much darker shade than previous years, a colour of burgundy rather than bright red. We believe this sets the team apart from other red sides (Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Denmark, etc) and is much more classy.

The background design of the shirt is made up of squares with crowns, from the Royal Belgian FA badge.

A gold trim completes the Belgium kit on the sides of the shirts and shorts and the Adidas badge. This mirrors the “royal” look that the crowns created. This shirt in one word is elegant.

2. Switzerland Home

Switzerland’s home shirt is a slightly darker and more matte shade than recent years which, if you can’t already tell, we love.

The red, widely spaced pinstripes really make this kit more than just a piece of sportswear. White accents on the sleeves and collar enhance its premium feel.

Switzerland are also one of the very few nations to wear both their flag and their Football Association’s logo on the chest of the shirt, which creates a nice spacing with the Puma logo between them.

Additionally, the flag is a huge plus.

1. France Home – The Best Euro 2024 Kit

This retro-style kit has a baggy fit with a bright blue colour, the first non-navy shirt since 2016.

The main focus point is a throwback logo which is just a cockerel rather than the modern hexagon badge. This pays homage to the kits of the 1960s, which also had a huge cockerel that instantly captures your eye.

The bright colouring makes the team really stand out on the field, and the blue-white-red match of the shirt, shorts, and socks is a nice replication of the national flag.

Whilst some critics have ridiculed the shirt, we really like the “remarkable” retro theme that stands out amongst a cohort of modern, sleek Euro 2024 kits.
