Despite star striker Sam Kerr not lining out for the team yet they have been able to score goals, although three goals conceded in two games will be something to keep an eye on against Manchester City.

Chelsea Women Injuries to Consider

During her pre-match conference, the Blues’ manager confirmed that Catarina Macario and Katerina Svitkova are the only absentees. More importantly, she confirmed that Kerr, Erin Cuthbert, and Fran Kirby are all available for selection after the latter was benched in the season opener while the other two were missing entirely.

Chelsea Women Predicted Lineup

The return of their Australian goalscorer presents a selection headache for the team. Fishel got a goal in her competitive debut and has the advantage of a full pre-season. Her 30-year-old competitor has an injury-marred World Cup campaign and has yet to play for her club, but this is a big game, and she is the ultimate big match player so this is the Chelsea Women predicted lineup for this game:

GK – Zecira Musovic

LB – Ashley Lawrence

CB – Millie Bright

CB – Kadeisha Buchanan

RB – Jess Carter

DM – Erin Cuthbert

DM – Sjoeke Nusken

AM – Guro Reiten

AM – Lauren James
