Bayern Munich Predicted Lineup vs RB Leipzig for September 30

Allianz Arena- Bayern Munich vs Manchester United Predicted Lineup

This is the Bayern Munich predicted lineup for their epic Matchday six Bundesliga encounter away to RB Leipzig. After advancing to the second round of the German Cup in midweek, the Bavarians look to further establish themselves at the top of the league. But they will have to do so with major selection issues against a team that has beaten them in the two most recent matchups between them.

How Bayern Munich Have Lined Up Recently

In their last league win over Bochum and their success in the domestic cup victory earlier this week, Bayern Munich have rotated their squad and formation. However, in a game of this importance, they will likely revert back to their traditional 4-2-3-1 setup, if at all possible. This approach has worked well recently, even as a solution off the bench. Given the two recent losses in matches against this opponent, it may well be time to try such a change. But again, coach Thomas Tuchel is not likely to go that route.

Bayern Munich Recent Form and Tactics

In his press conference on Friday, Tuchel suggested that Dayot Upamecano and Min-Jae Kim should be ready to start against Leipzig, though he had to see how training goes for them before making a final decision. Naturally, the question of whether or not they would be able to play with a back-four depends on that. In terms of offence, it is likely that the team will revert back to a single centre-forward formation as stated above.

Bayern Munich Injuries to Consider

Manuel Neuer, Matthijs de Ligt, and Serge Gnabry are all sure to miss the Leipzig match. Meanwhile, Thomas Muller is as much of a doubt as the above-mentioned Upamecano and Kim.
