When discussing the future of Greenwood, Ten Hag insisted “It’s a club decision.” The Dutchman mentioned he’s had his say regarding the future of the suspended attacker. “I shared my opinions but it’s a club decision and we all have to accept that.” During the press conference, Ten Hag expressed his wish to improve the United attack.

Manchester United Need to Improve Their Firepower

Following the signings of Mason Mount and Andre Onana, it appears Manchester United’s next signing will be a striker. After losing Cristiano Ronaldo last season, the Red Devils struggled for goals, with Wout Weghorst disappointing on loan and Anthony Martial missing parts of the season through injury. The Red Devils have been linked with a move for Rasmus Hojlund, as the Old Trafford giants look to improve their goalscoring department.
