Fabrizio Romano has issued an exclusive report on the future of N’Golo Kante as Saudi Arabian representatives are reportedly in London to speak with the player.
The report specifies that “Saudi emissaries, in London” to present an official proposal to the Frenchman. It is said that the salary “could reach €100m (£86 million) inclusive of image rights & commercial deals”.

Huge Offer
The reported offer from Saudi Arabia is massive and could be one of a number of major signings for the native league this summer. According to Romano, the entire offer could reach the heights of £86 million when exterior things like image rights are included.

It goes without saying that even for some of Europe’s top clubs these offers are near impossible to match, especially for the club in this case who are currently battling with Financial Fair Play regulations.
Chelsea Losing Out
New manager Mauricio Pochettino already has a big job on his hands to turn things around at Stamford Bridge. Despite missing much of the campaign, Kante was one of the best players last season and could have played an important role under the new coach even as the club signs and plays their new young acquisitions.

While they would no doubt want to keep the veteran in London to contribute to the attempted revival next season, their FFP woes and bloated squad will have them questioning whether it is worth matching such a big offer.
