Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe is eager to leave the club after his relationship has been totally broken with the club, as per Spanish outlet Marca’s Mario Cortegana.

Kylian Mbappe is reportedly a former transfer target for Liverpool, who could have a chance to sign him up next year as he wants to leave the French side.

Mbappe’s Relationship Completely Breaks Down With PSG

Despite having signed a two-year contract extension with the Ligue 1 side earlier this summer, the France international does not seem to be pleased with how he’s been treated by the club since that happened.

Marca adds that his relationship with the club has “completely broken down” due to some disagreements between the two after the start of the latest season.

It’s gotten to the point that Kylian Mbappe is now ready to push for a transfer exit after the end of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. The 23-year-old ideally wants to leave the club in January itself because of how angry he is at them.

The Frenchman is reportedly hurt as the club could not fulfil the promises made to them during his contract negotiations and feels betrayed by certain people as well. Apparently, there is “no coming back” for the forward and he is now bent on leaving the Parc des Princes next year.

Liverpool Could Be a Potential Option for Mbappe After Having Talks With Him

While the Frenchman is still interested in a move to Real Madrid, that might not happen anytime soon after the way he betrayed their trust by re-signing with PSG earlier this summer. Mbappe revealed in an interview with Marca earlier this year that had actually had talks with Liverpool’s representatives over a potential move before penning the new deal with the French giants.

That is why Liverpool might be a potential future destination for them. The 23-year-old already insisted that ‘red is his mother’s favorite colour’ and that his mother also loves the Anfield club. The Reds could hugely benefit from Mbappe’s arrival after not being able to properly replace Sadio Mane since his departure from Bayern Munich.

While a deal in January is ‘unfeasible’, adds Marca, something could happen next summer if the Frenchman pushes for it. Liverpool would probably have to pay huge money to make it possible but can be one that turns them into instant title contenders for the Premier League and Champions League titles next year. Mbappe, who was called as the ‘best player in European football’ by Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti earlier this year, has scored 182 goals and provided 88 assists in 229 appearances for PSG so far.
