As reported by football.london, Tottenham Hotspur have been offered the sensational opportunity to sign Portuguese star Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid.
Diego Simeone has reportedly changed his opinion on the striker, and the White side of North London have been made aware that Felix is available.
Simeone’s men have been linked with a move for Spurs player Giovani Lo Celso, which has opened up the possibility of a swap deal occurring this summer.

Joao Felix Offered to Tottenham Hotspur Opening Up Possibility of Sensational Deal
The Possibility of Felix to Tottenham
Tottenham Hotspur have been active thus far in this transfer window, signing Ivan Perisic, Fraser Forster and Yves Bissouma. Antonio Conte is focused on strengthing his squad further with their return to the Champion League.
Much of the creativity in their team goes through Harry Kane and Son Heung-min. With the club back in Europe, the chance to sign Portuguese international Felix could prove too good to turn down.
The availability of the Atletico player will put many clubs in Europe on alert, with Arsenal being linked with a move for Felix, as reported by football.london in March.
The 22-year-old former Benfica star made 24 appearances in Madrid last season before injury curtailed his best season, in which he scored eight goals and contributed four assists.
He arrived in Madrid for a massive £114 million in 2019. Despite winning Atletico Madrid’s Player of the Season last campaign, he hasn’t quite hit the heights expected of him, with Simeone reportedly tempted to cash in.

What Felix Brings to Tottenham Hotspur
Felix would bring proven quality to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with 25 appearances in the Champions League. He would bring a variety to their attack where he can operate as a number nine or a second striker, and he is adept on either wing.

Felix is superb with his ball retention, making him a vital weapon on the counterattack. He’s not afraid to shoot from any angle, but his ability to pick out a teammate with a decisive pass is one of his best assets.
At only 22 years old, a player of Felix’s ability would transform Tottenham or Arsenal if they revive their interest from earlier this year.
