Rodari Spent Time in the Inter Milan Academy

The Italian striker has been in English football since 2017 having spent time in the Inter Milan and Novara academies.

The striker has caught the eye in non-league over the past four years and John Yems has quickly made his move to snap him up. He will join a Crawley side very much in the promotion race in League Two.

He will replace Max Watters who left for Cardiff City earlier in this transfer window.

Rodari is available for Crawley’s next match which is their FA Cup 4th round tie against Championship Bournemouth. A great opportunity for him to make an impression should John Yems decide to use him.

As well as impressing John Yems, Rodari has also caught the eye of technical director Erdem Konyar. Speaking to the Crawley website about their new signing, Konyar said: “Davide is a natural finisher.

“He has the potential to develop into a good pedigree striker. With hard work and dedication, we are confident he will establish himself within the squad in the near future.”

Crawley Confirm Positive Coronavirus Cases but Can Play Bournemouth Tomorrow Night

As well as announcing the arrival of Rodari, Crawley have also confirmed positive coronavirus tests after the latest round of testing. The club has run extensive testing of players and coaching staff over the past week after a coronavirus outbreak at the club last Tuesday.

The squad and coaching staff have been in self-isolation after positive tests were found. Crawley still have six positive cases but the rest of the coaching staff and players have tested negative meaning they can return to training and competitive games.

They have completed the mandatory self-isolation period and can play their FA Cup tie against Bournemouth.
