Brighton & Hove Albion vs Burnley

Neal Maupay was dropped last week for unconfirmed reports of disciplinary issues. However, Graham Potter is expected to recall his best striker this week. Solly March is a doubt whereas Lewis Dunk serves the third and final match of his suspension.

Sean Dyche has Jack Cork and Erik Pieters definitely ruled out with doubts also over Ben Mee and Johann Berg Gudmundsson. Positively for their fans, Burnley are unbeaten in their last four league trips to Brighton & Hove Albion and Chris Wood has scored eight goals in his 16 league matches against the Seagulls, his best tally against a team in England.

Southampton vs Newcastle United

Southampton have lost their premium striker Danny Ings for 4-6 weeks. In addition, they will be without Ryan Bertrand, Mohammed Salisu,
William Smallbone and Jake Vokins as well whereas Jan Bednarek is a doubt.

With no fresh injury concerns, Newcastle United might go with the same side that beat Everton last week.

Newcastle United — Darlow, Murphy, Schär, Lascelles (C), Fernández, Lewis; Sean Longstaff, Hendrick, Almirón, Saint-Maximin, Wilson.

Prediction:

With so many injuries, this might be a tough match for the Saints. Newcastle United have won four of their last five Premier League matches against them. This could end up in a draw.

Everton vs Manchester United

Lucas Digne comes back from suspension whereas James Rodríguez should also be fit. Richarlison serves the final match of his three-match suspension. André Gomes is a doubt.
Victor Lindelöf missed the midweek Champions League match with a back problem. It remains to be seen whether he can make a comeback. Anthony Martial returns from suspension.

Prediction:

This could be a real humdinger of a match with goals for both sides.

Crystal Palace vs Leeds United

Milivojevic is suspended for Crystal Palace.

Rodrigo Moreno is self-isolating after testing positive for COVID-19. Pablo Hernández replaced him last week and should keep his place.

Prediction:

Leeds United to bounce back from last week’s disappointment with a victory.

Chelsea vs Sheffield United

Chelsea’s new signing Kai Havertz has tested positive for COVID-19. Reece James has started the last two so a well-rested César Azpilicueta could start at Right-Back. Christian Pulisic also remains a doubt.

John Fleck and Lys Mousset are nearing a return after stepping up their recoveries. They are unlikely to start this week though. Ethan Ampadu is ineligible to face his parent club so Oliver Norwood might come in.

Chelsea — Mendy, Azpilicueta (C), Silva,  Zouma,  Chilwell, Kanté, Jorginho, Hakim Ziyech, Mount, Werner, Tammy Abraham.

Sheffield United —Ramsdale; Basham, Egan (C), Stevens, Baldock, Ben Osborn, Berge, Oliver Norwood, Max Lowe, Brewster,  McBurnie.

Prediction:

Chelsea are in great form now and should get all three points against the Blades.

West Ham United vs Fulham

Michail Antonio is unlikely to make this weekend’s match.

After getting their first victory of the season, Scott Parker is likely to name an unchanged lineup.

West Ham United— Fabianski, Coufal, Balbuena, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Masuaku; Bowen, Soucek,  Rice (C),  Fornals; Sébastien Haller.

Fulham —  Areola, Aina,  Adarabioyo, Andersen, Robinson, Cairney, Anguissa; Lemina, Decordova-Reid, Lookman, Mitrovic (C).

West Ham United to nick this London derby against a struggling Fulham side.

West Bromwich Albion vs Tottenham Hotspur

For Tottenham Hotspur, Sergio Reguilón will likely miss Thursday’s clash with Ludogorets with an illness. Erik Lamela will be out until after the international break, while Serge Aurier has could also miss out. On a positive note, Japhet Tanganga is back in training.

West Bromwich Albion — Johnstone; Furlong, Ivanovic, Ajayi,  Townsend;  Gallagher, Livermore (C), Krovinovic, Pereira,  Diangana;Grant.

Prediction:

West Bromwich Albion have conceded the most goals in the Premier League this season (16). Tottenham Hotspur should come away with all three points.

Each of the last two Premier League games between Leicester City and Wolves ended in a goalless draw. This could be yet another stalemate.

Gabriel Jesus made his return in the Champions League but Ferran Torres might still start as the striker after impressing in recent matches.

Diogo Jota could start considering his recent form. Joel Matip will likely be back to partner Joe Gomez.

Liverpool have lost all three of their previous Premier League visits to Manchester City, leaking 11 goals in total in those games. Manchester City might win this but it will be a very close game in gameweek eight of the Premier League.

David Luiz is back in contention for Arsenal but Rob Holding might keep his place.

Aston Villa will likely recall Trézéguet to the starting lineup.
