Liverpool have already begun preparations for next season. The Reds have announced a new kit partnership with Nike. The multi-national brand replaces Liverpool’s existing kit makers New Balance and the partnership officially begins at the start of une.

Continuing Liverpool’s Changes for Next Season

Nike will replace New Balance who have been the kit makers at Liverpool since 2015.

They will be responsible for making kits, training gear and travel wear for the men’s and women’s first team as well as the academy players and coaching staff across the football club. Another sign of Liverpool’s new changes and developments for 2020.

The change in kit makers will coincide with Liverpool’s move to their new training ground at Kirby. The club is also continuing to speak to all parties about developing Anfield. A real positive atmosphere is building around the whole football club.

Liverpool’s managing director and chief commercial officer Billy Hogan said in a statement. “Our iconic kit is a key part of our history and identity. We welcome Nike into the LFC family as our new official kit supplier and expect them to be an incredible partner for the club”.

Liverpool are getting stronger and stronger both on and off the pitch. The club is growing and certainly, a deal with one of the biggest sports manufactures highlights how far Liverpool have come.

Nike also shared their delight at securing a deal with Bert Hoyt noting “The partnership with Liverpool FC underscores our leadership in global football and with the club’s passionate worldwide fanbase and strong legacy of success, they have a very bright future ahead”.

A bright future lies ahead off the pitch with a new training ground and kit makers to come in the next few months. A sign that Liverpool are becoming one of the world’s biggest football clubs
