Transfer Rumours: Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Everton

Manchester United Targeting Serie A Striker

Italian outlet CalcioMercato write that Manchester United are targeting a move for Atalanta striker Duvan Zapata.

The 28-year-old was in emphatic form for the Serie A side last season. He registered 28 goals in all competitions, as Atlanta qualified for the Champion’s League for the first time in their history.

As a result, he is on the radar of a number of Premier League sides, including West Ham. However, the attraction of playing for one of the biggest clubs in the world could prove the vital factor.

Christian Eriksen to Sign Pre-Contract Agreement With Real Madrid

News as to whether Christian Eriksen would be leaving Tottenham for Real Madrid dominated the headlines during the summer. While he remains with the Premier League club for now, his departure could be imminent.

According to John Cross of the Daily Mirror, Real Madrid want Christian Eriksen to sign a pre-contract agreement with them in January. The Danish midfielder is permitted to speak to European clubs in January before his contract expires next summer.

The report by the Daily Mirror also suggests that the Spanish giants are targeting Mauricio Pochettino as their next manager. Zinedine Zidane has seen an inconsistent start to the season with Real Madrid and is already under pressure.

Everton Interested in PSV Striker

According to Will Griffee of the Daily Mail, Everton are ready to battle with Arsenal for PSV striker Donyell Malen.

Malen has caught the attention of a number of Premier League clubs, including Everton. Last season he burst onto the scene, scoring 10 goals in all competitions. However, he has continued his development into this season, registering seven goals in as many games.
