Finally, the international break that seemed to go on for eternity is over and the hugely exciting Double Gameweek 32 is here. Fantasy Premier League managers are rejoicing worldwide. However, we all know this joy can turn sour very quickly if our players don’t do well. Let’s have a look at what’s in store for us this week.

Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 32 Tips

Ten teams play twice this gameweek. So, the best strategy would be to fill your team with players from those teams. Many fantasy managers have deployed the freehit chip this week as well in order to maximise returns. The trick is to pick players that should give you at least 120-130 minutes over the two matches. Let’s look at the teams with Double Games.

Teams With Two Games

Brighton and Hove Albion: Southampton (H) + Chelsea (A)

The Seagulls have three double gameweeks left this season, more than any other team. One could consider picking their regular starters for this period. However, their away form is really poor and they don’t possess many brilliant fantasy assets as well.

Glenn Murray could be considered but he is under threat for his position by Florin Andone. Lewis Dunk, Mathew Ryan and Shane Duffy could be considered. However, one would expect Southampton to give it a real go this week so that cannot be considered an easy match by any stretch of the imagination.

Cardiff City: Chelsea (H) + Manchester City (A)

With two of the most daunting fixtures possible, one should probably stay away from the bluebirds this week. They could spring an upset against Chelsea though.

Chelsea: Cardiff City (A) + Brighton and Hove Albion (H)

On paper, Chelsea have two decent looking fixtures. Their form is worrying for those considering their players though. Maurizio Sarri’s men lost away to Everton last time around and face another tricky looking away fixture at Cardiff.

They should be able to beat Brighton at home quite comfortably but then again who can tell which Chelsea will turn up. For them to stay in the race for the top four, they must win both games. Eden Hazard will once again be expected to do everything. Gonzalo Higuain has not done well so far and time is running out for him with Olivier Giroud pushing for a start.

David Luiz could be a good option to consider from the defence as he takes set pieces sometimes and is involved in the attacking play. Pedro as well seems to be getting starts these days. Marcos Alonso could do well but will he start both matches? N’Golo Kanté could be a budget option who might even get you a goal. Callum Hudson-Odoi probably deserves a start as well but will he get it? Many questions surround Chelsea but those fixtures are too tempting to stay away from.

Crystal Palace: Huddersfield (H) + Tottenham Hotspur (A)

Huddersfield at home is one of the best possible fixtures this season and the Eagles have that this week. They are actually better away from home this season but still one would expect a good win against the Terriers. Palace will then play the first ever Premier League match at the new Tottenham stadium. It will be a big event but as it’s a London derby, one would expect Roy Hodgson’s men to give a good fight. Crystal Palace players, therefore, should be considered strongly this week.

Wilfried Zaha is definitely the best player from them but is carrying a knock. He should probably be fit. Michy Batshuayi is starting regularly so should be considered as well. Luka Milivojevic has scored nine goals this season and could go big if he gets another penalty or two. Aaron Wan-Bissaka is a great option from the defence. Jeffrey Schlupp is playing in midfield so he could be a good shout as well. Vicente Guaita could be a decent keeper option with a good chance of a clean sheet against Huddersfield.

Fulham: Manchester City (H) + Watford (A)

Out of form and doomed for relegation, Fulham are now preparing for next season in the Championship. Probably it would be best to stay away from their fantasy assets.

Manchester City: Fulham (A) + Cardiff City (H)

A double gameweek for Manchester City is always desirable, but also against two of the bottom sides? This is almost too good to be true. One would love to pick six or seven citizens but unfortunately, we are limited to only three. The rotation risk is also there. It would probably be suicidal to leave a well-rested Sergio Aguero out of your lineup.

Raheem Sterling is in sublime form and he should be picked too. The third City representative is a bit tricky as the forward options can get rotated but the lure of points is definitely there from Leroy Sane, David Silva, Bernardo Silva and even Riyad Mahrez. The safest pick would probably be Ederson who could even notch up two clean sheets this week. Aymeric Laporte is also a great option.

Manchester United: Watford (H) + Wolves (A)

The Red Devils have slowed down a bit in recent weeks after a dream start under Ole Gunnar Solskjær. They have two fixtures that could both be termed as a bit tricky. Watford could be a tough nut to crack whereas Wolves have already beaten Manchester United at Molineux this season. Currently, United are outside the top four and they need to pick up points to get back inside it.

One should definitely consider Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford. Romelu Lukaku seems to be injured so Rashford will probably lead the line. Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial are also decent options. Luke Shaw is also a good shout along with Victor Lindelöf and Ashley Young. David de Gea is probably a slightly risky option as there is the possibility of him conceding goals in both matches. The confirmation of Ole Gunnar Solskjær as manager might give the squad a boost though.

Tottenham Hotspur: Liverpool (A) + Crystal Palace (H)

Harry Kane is one of those players who hates missing even a single minute of action. He is someone one should strongly consider this week despite the hefty price tag. The away trip to Liverpool is a tough one but Tottenham Hotspur are no pushovers and could do well. Then, Harry Kane will lead the team out for the first ever premier league match at the new Tottenham stadium against Crystal Palace. One would expect a player of Kane’s stature to try everything to score in that match.

With Tottenham in slightly poor form now, one might be a bit reluctant to spend too much on their fantasy assets. Kieran Trippier, Son Heung-Min, Dele Alli, Toby Alderweireld
and Christian Eriksen are worth considering though.

Watford: Manchester United (A) + Fulham (H)

The Fulham home game is really attractive but the question is who will get to start that match? Will Javi Gracia rest players for the FA Cup? Gerard Deulofeu, Troy Deeney and Adrian Mariappa are three players one could consider for various reasons. If Deeney starts the Fulham game, he should get you good points. Gerard Deulofeu is unpredictable. Watford defenders could do well and one could try a cheap option.

Wolves: Burnley (A) + Manchester United (H)

With one eye on the FA cup, Wolves have rotated a bit in recent weeks. What will they do this week is a difficult question to answer. Their matches are bit dicey as well. Still, players like Diogo Jota, Raúl Jiménez and Matt Doherty cannot be ignored. It is tough to predict who will get to start both games.
