Neymar move legit?

In yesterday’s transfer column, we mentioned the rather unbelievable suggestion that Neymar might be on the move to Paris Saint-Germain. It appears that a move might just be legit. Several pundits have speculated that he might be feeling the cool, but large, shadow cast upon him by Lionel Messi.

Ross Barkley to become the highest paid at Tottenham. Huh?

In a demand that can only be summed up with explatives, it appears Ross Barkley is willing to join the North London club—as long as he’s paid £150k per week, becoming higher paid than Harry Kane. While he may answer issues for the club, perhaps the wage demands might be a bit off-putting.

Arsene Wenger through with playing coy?

In a very un-Wenger-like manner, Arsene played his cards concerning Alexis Sanchez. While in Shanghai for the Gunners summer tour, he explained the situation thus: “For now, a decision has been made and he will continue with Arsenal.”

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang staying put

Chelsea fans are left a bit stunned after reports that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was to arrive from Dortmund. Reports today indicate that the coveted player will be staying put in with the German side, ending Chelsea’s hopes of signing him this summer.

Szczesny close to finalising deal to Juventus

Arsenal have reportedly accepted a £10m bid for Szczesny. The Arsenal keeper spent the last two seasons on loan at Roma. The Turin club released a video introducing the Polish keeper to their fans. This one is as close to done and dusted as it could be.
