NXT UK includes a much-hyped Women’s Championship No 1. Contenders Gauntlet Match but what else can we expect from the ‘fastest-growing brand in WWE’, this week? NXT UK will air on the WWE Network and Peacock at 8 pm GMT/3 pm EST on May 13. Fans in the UK can also watch the show an hour later on BT Sport. Let’s take a look at the full announced card and predict what else we might see on the show.
NXT UK Preview — Full Card:
- Heritage Rules Match: Noam Dar vs. Nathan Frazer
- NXT UK Women’s Championship No 1. Contenders Gauntlet Match: Jinny vs. Isla Dawn vs. Emilia McKenzie vs. Dani Luna vs. Xia Brookside
Frazer Looks To Prove Heritage
EXCLUSIVE: @NoamDar doesn't sweat @WWEFrazer! 😅#NXTUK pic.twitter.com/XOZl4assKX

Noam Dar vs. Nathan Frazer was set last week during “Supernova Sessions” when Sha Samuels took offense to the American-trained Frazer claiming to be British. It was an entertaining segment in which Samuels and Dar channeled the 52 percent of the country that voted to leave the EU and accused Frazer of not being properly British.
Frazer will attempt to prove he can handle the British style of wrestling and defeat Dar ‘at his own game.’ Dar will be looking to live up to his running buddy Samuels’ claim that he is the best British wrestler. It’ll be an interesting match that could go either way. If Samuels is at ringside, expect Dar to take a loss in one round through DQ and win the next one against a battered Frazer.
Who Will Run The Gauntlet and Challenge Kay Lee Ray?

NXT UK has been slowly building its women’s division to quietly rival any other promotion. Here, five of these women will look to get the next shot at long-reigning champion Kay Lee Ray. The main question going into the match is whether or not Xia Brookside will be fit to compete. Brookside was viciously attacked last week by “French Hope” Amale. Amale will hope she’s done enough damage to take Brookside out of the match and force her way into it. It would be a weird move for GM Johnny Saint to reward such treacherous behavior but seems like the decision Sid Scala might make in his absence.
Either way, I doubt Amale or Brookside will be winning this match. Emilia McKenzie – as the newest, yet most established member of the roster – seems the odds on favorite. The powers that be may wish to wait until live crowds are back to give McKenzie the big win she deserves. Isla Dawn has undergone a decent transformation to play more on her white witch character and has had some big wins. She claims to have sacrificed her soul – and friendship with Kay Lee Ray – to get a place in the match so it would make storyline sense for her to win. Jinny had a shot at the title in January so it is unlikely she’ll get the win.
Which leaves Dani Luna. Luna is stronger and more powerful than anyone else in this match and has looked very impressive this year. A match between her and Kay Lee Ray seems inevitable. If KLR is going to be the “Forever Champion” for a bit longer, victory over Luna seems likely.
What Else Could Happen?
Despite the fact the gauntlet and Heritage Rules matches will take up a lot of time, NXT UK will probably include a third match. It won’t be long though so will likely be used to build someone up. Expect the latest development in the ongoing saga between Sam Gradwell and Trent Seven and a final look at A-Kid and Tyler Bate before they meet for the Heritage Cup next week.
