Sky’s the Limit
The pairing of Scorpio Sky and “All Ego” Ethan Page initially caught everybody by surprise in their decision to team together. It looks like they made the right choice, as the newly-formed tag team picked up an impressive win against brothers Matt and Mike Sydal. It looks like this is only the beginning. Because on this week’s Dark: Elevation, Sky, and Page will try and keep the ball rolling as they battle against “The Bad Boy” Joey Janela and Sonny Kiss. Kiss and Janela have been a team for much longer than Scorpio and Ethan. This will definitely give an edge to Joey and Sonny and many people’s eyes. Will Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky prove everybody wrong once again or will Joey Janela and Sonny Kiss play spoilers as they have the experience factor on their side?
The Reunion Begins
Trent? and Kris Statlander have both been out for an extended period of time due to injuries. The two made their triumphant return evening the odds for Orange Cassidy and Chuck Taylor against Miro, Kip Sabian, and Penelope Ford. In the “Arcade Anarchy” match, the two would assist in Cassidy and Taylor’s victory catching the trio and the AEW audience by surprise. This week, the party continues as Best Friends are back together after many months as they go up against the team of “The Hollywood Hunk” Ryan Nemeth and Cezar Bononi. Will the team of Trent? and Chuckie T. pull out the win in their reunion or will Nemeth and Bononi be the proverbial bump in the road and pickup the victory for themselves?
A Host Of Debuts
With WrestleMania week bringing a whole lot of independent wrestling talent to Florida it only makes sense that AEW Dark: Elevation will see some debuts this week. Veteran Chilean luchador Andre Montoya joins International Wrestling Cartel (IWC) standouts Andrew Prince and Cole Karter as well as independent wrestling standouts Skye Blue and the Mane Event (Jay Lyon & Midas Black) as debutants on this weeks show.
