#AndNEW: Kris Statlander Wins WSU Spirit Championship, HOG Claims CZW Tag Titles

On Saturday night at Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW)‘s Trifecta Elimination event, some big titles changed hands, and not without controversy. First off, Jordynne Grace lost her Women Superstars Uncensored (WSU) Spirit Championship to Kris Statlander, who is emerging as one of 2019’s breakout stars. Statlander adds the WSU title to her collection, that currently also includes being the reigning New York Wrestling Connection (NYWC) Starlet Champion, and two previous reigns as Victory Pro Wrestling (VPW) Women’s Champion.

In the main event, The REP (Nate Carter & Dave McCall) were defending their CZW World Tag Team titles against invaders from House of Glory. Anthony Gangone and Amazing Red teamed up for the House of Gangone leading the finish into pure chaos and in the ensuing melee, ended up with the titles and took them with them as they left the building. It’s unsure if the titles legitimately changed hands or if House of Gangone simply stole the titles.
