MLW Fusion Makes Its Big Return on Saturday, May 30

Major League Wrestling (MLW), one of the fastest-growing wrestling companies in the world, today announced the return of its flagship weekly series, MLW Fusion, with a special two-hour premiere on Saturday, May 30. MLW Fusion will air hour-long episodes free every Saturday at 6:05 PM ET on the MLW YouTube channel. The series will also air later that evening at 10 PM ET on beIN Sports.

“6:05 is sacred ground,” said MLW Founder and CEO Court Bauer. “That time slot belongs to the history of this sport as made famous by legendary Ted Turner. We’re not just bringing back a weekly show; we’re planting our flag and celebrating wrestling’s southern soul. MLW Fusion is back, it’s free, and it’s built for the fans who remember what Saturday night wrestling felt like.”

MLW Fusion’s return marks a new era for the company, which will produce live special events alongside the weekly series. Fans can look forward to major upcoming shows in New York City on June 11 and Philadelphia on June 12 & 13. The news came a few days after the announcement of the strategic alliance between MLW and STARDOM.

Some MLW Fusion history

Major League Wrestling announced its partnership with beIN Sports on March 30, 2018, in which the network would air a weekly television series. In January 2019, the show began airing internationally. After a pandemic hiatus, MLW Fusion returned on November 18, 2020, with new episodes airing on MLW’s YouTube channel the same night.

Following the 2023 Fusion season finale, MLW revamped its event schedule to air two events every month: a live, premium event and a free, taped special for BeIN Sports and MLW’s YouTube channel. During MLW x Don Gato Tequila: Lucha de los Muertos on November 20, 2025, it was announced that Fusion would return in 2026.

MLW is the company where the Samoan Werewolf, Jacob Fatu, and former AEW World Heavyweight Champion MJF made their debut and broke their first records. Fatu still holds the record of the longest MLW World Heavyweight Championship reign at 819 days.

Here are a few MLW alumni, since the company’s creation in 2002:

  • WWE’s CM Punk, Penta, Fénix, Dragon Lee, Matt Cardona, and Rey Mysterio;
  • NXT’s Lexis King and Lince Dorado;
  • AAA’s El Hijo del Vikingo;
  • AEW’s Christopher Daniels, AEW World Champion Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara, Swerve Strickland, the Rascalz, Ace Austin, Darius Martin, Beast Mortos, Hologram, El Clon, Komander, and Zayda Steel;
