Possible Winners for Both 2026 WWE Royal Rumble Matches

For the first time, the 2026 WWE Royal Rumble will be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With the event quickly coming up, it leaves fans with so much curiosity as to who will win the respective Royal Rumble Matches. Since this event had such a small build, it’s hard to decide on a convincing winner.

Usually, the Women’s Royal Rumble Match starts the show, so let’s predict that first. Here are the possible winners for the Women’s Royal Rumble Match.

Liv Morgan

When Liv Morgan returned from injury at Survivor Series: WarGames, she made her intentions clear to The Judgment Day. Morgan wants The Judgment Day to be the dominant force that it once was. In order for that to happen, the members must win gold. Since Raquel Rodriguez is currently pursuing the Women’s World Championship, Morgan will accept the challenge for her and Roxanne Perez to go for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles. Unfortunately for Morgan and Perez, they failed to capture gold from the champions, Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky. Due to that outcome, they have to set their sights on one of them winning the Rumble.

Rodriguez has two opportunities to become the Women’s World Champion. Not only is Rodriguez in the Rumble matchup, but she also has the opportunity to win the Women’s World Title from Stephanie Vaquer this Monday on RAW. This is why it makes more sense for Morgan to win the whole thing, as it can build a story for The Judgment Day in numerous ways.

The first direction WWE can go with is Morgan winning the Royal Rumble and Rodriguez winning the Women’s World Title. This could build possible friction due to the chances of Morgan choosing to face Rodriguez at WrestleMania.

Another route WWE can go is for Morgan to fulfill her goal of The Judgment Day capturing championships. The direction would be Morgan winning the Royal Rumble match, but Vaquer retaining her title over Rodriguez. This would culminate in Rodriguez and Vaquer’s feud, while building Morgan to face Vaquer at WrestleMania if that were to happen.

Rodriguez can team with Perez instead to win back the tag team titles they once held. With an injured Dominik Mysterio still the Intercontinental Champion and Finn Balor chasing the World Heavyweight Title, The Judgment Day might be on their way to being on top.

Bianca Belair

Bianca Belair hasn’t wrestled in the ring since her five-star match involving Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship. Belair made a couple of appearances when she showed up to SmackDown in her hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee. Her second showing was when she officiated Jade Cargill against Naomi. For nine months, Belair has been gone, which is why the Royal Rumble would be a perfect time for her to return and make her mark.

On the SmackDown side, Belair’s once-best friend, Jade Cargill, is the current WWE Women’s Champion. Ever since the drama between Cargil and Naomi, things haven’t been the same. Throughout Belair’s hiatus, Cargill developed a whole new attitude. If Belair wins the Royal Rumble, it makes sense for her to choose Cargill to continue their story of what’s possibly unfinished business.

Another reason it makes sense is that if Belair is back for WrestleMania season, WWE is not going to repeat the outcome of Belair earning her way by winning the Elimination Chamber Match. Instead, WWE can surprise the fans with Belair returning and winning the match she once won before.
