WWE Survivor Series is one of WWE’s biggest PLEs. It is an event where history is made, such as upset victories, memorable debuts, and impactful returns. In most of these events, fans recognize the wrestlers who pull the most formidable performances at the show. Here are some names who are considered the greatest performers of WWE’s most interesting PLE.
The Undertaker
Known for his remarkable undefeated streak at WrestleMania, Survivor Series is also The Undertaker’s domain. When The Undertaker debuted in 1990, it was clear he would become a star. The Undertaker had standout matches at the PLE, including Buried Alive, First Blood, Hell in a Cell, and Casket matches. Not only did he start his career in WWE there, but it was also where he ended it.
Survivor Series holds deep meaning for The Undertaker, as it’s where he won his first WWE Championship. If there’s something that The Undertaker brings in to create captivating moments, it’s involving Caskets. He competed in Casket matches against much bigger men, such as Yokuzuna and Big Show. Even Chuck Norris was part of Undertaker’s casket match with Yokozuna. Wrestling fans can’t forget that The Undertaker once made his return coming out of a flaming Casket as well.
Other Undertaker matches, including the Buried Alive and First Blood, have unique statistics. His 2003 Buried Alive Match with Mr. McMahon marked his final run as the “American Badass” until 2020. Undertaker’s First Blood match with Mr. Kennedy in 2006 was the only one in his career.
