DDT Wrestling Harvest ~Crimson Sky~ Preview (10/19/25)

DDT graces Korakuen Hall once again tomorrow for another show with huge implications. Wrestling Harvest ~Crimson Sky~ will stream live on Wrestle Universe at 11:30 a.m. JST/10:30 p.m. ET tonight, bannered by two tag team title bouts. Here are the stories for the two big matches:

T37Kamiina and Kaisei Takechi’s First Defense

The newly minted KO-D Six-Man Tag Team champions, Yuki Ueno and To-y of T37Kamiina (Sauna KAMIINA), and actor-turned-wrestler Kaisei Takechi will be tested for the first time.

Their opponents will be Minoru Suzuki, HARASHIMA, and Yuya Koroku. Besides it being a first title defense, it also serves as a crucial stop before the double title match between Ueno and Suzuki at Ultimate Party on November 3rd.

Reigning DDT Universal champion Suzuki confronted Ueno at Dramatic Infinity last September 28, which led to GM Hisaya Imabayashi’s decision to book the double title match as the main event this year’s Ultimate Party.

It was Ueno that Suzuki defeated to become the Universal champion at Judgment last March. This time, Suzuki has the opportunity to take both titles that Ueno currently holds.

It’s also interesting how Takechi will perform in his first defense against a formidable team assembled to challenge them.

Meanwhile, reigning DDT Extreme champion To-y and Yuya Koroku find themselves crossing paths again after the former previously challenged for the Extreme title. After that, they teamed up to challenge for the KO-D Tag Team titles but came up short.

The Apex Face Harimao For Fifth Defense

Reigning KO-D Tag Team champions Yuki Iino and Yukio Naya of The Apex are going for a fifth successful defense against Kazusada Higuchi and Yuki Ishida of Harimao.

Aside from being a two-time KO-D Openweight champion, Higuchi is also a decorated tag team wrestler. He’s a four-time KO-D Tag Team champion with four different partners.

He and Ishida were also former KO-D Six-Man Tag Team champions with their stablemate Naomi Yoshimur.

They will need to lean on their experience, abilities, and a lot of toughness to dethrone The Apex, who have been on a roll ever since they came together. It will be a battle of fortitude for the tag belts in this semifinal match.
