WWE kicked off September in a big way, announcing a second major European tour in as many years. Last March, WWE took its show on the road for an 11-date (10-city, 9-country) tour through Spain, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, Austria, and the Netherlands in advance of WrestleMania 41. The tour was historic in that it marked the first time WWE ever aired consecutive episodes of Raw and SmackDown from different European cities before WrestleMania. The tour was marked by five episodes of TV and six live events.
To kick off 2026, WWE will be back at it with another 11-city (6 country) tour largely concentrated around Germany, which has four of the total dates. The tour leads up to the Royal Rumble being held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which is the first such time WWE has held its January PLE outside of North America. According to WWE’s press release, the Royal Rumble European Tour, “marks the first time WWE will broadcast televised events from Belfast, Northern Ireland, and Dusseldorf, Germany. It also marks the first time in 11 years that WWE will return to Poland, the first return to Denmark in 9 years, the first return to Mannheim in 6 years, and the first return to Leipzig in 4 years.”
