What if Logan Paul Wins the World Heavyweight Championship?

What if Logan Paul Wins the World Heavyweight Championship?

On May 24, 2025, WWE will present yet another Saturday Night’s Main Event for fans around the world. This time, it will air from the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida. At that event, what if Logan Paul wins the World Heavyweight Championship?

So far, there have been two matches announced. One is a tag team match between CM Punk and Sami Zayn & Seth Rollins, and Bron Breakker. The other is a match for the World Heavyweight Championship between Jey Uso and Logan Paul.

Jey Uso has only held the belt for a couple of weeks, with Paul being his latest challenger. However, Gunther is still very angry about getting tapped out at WrestleMania 41.

With that knowledge, it seems Gunther could be a major part of the match. If he is, there’s a good chance for a surprise win from Logan Paul. If that does happen, Paul winning could actually be a good thing for WWE.

Logan Paul is a Global Superstar with a Massive Following

When people talk about Logan Paul, there are usually two answers very far away from each other. People either love him or hate him. Regardless, he is a major part of today’s internet age.

He has 27 million followers on Instagram, along with 23.6 million subscribers on YouTube. His posts get millions of views and thousands of likes, making him a very polarizing figure.

In this era of WWE, HHH likes to shine the spotlight on viral creators like him, iShowSpeed, Jelly Roll, and Travis Scott. Bringing them in gives exposure not only to them but to WWE as a whole. The marketing opportunities if he were to win the World Heavyweight Championship would be endless.

His image is already seen on TV, the internet, and in stores. Adding another championship to his name would get more people interested in watching him and the product as a whole.

He Has Proven That He is a Legitimate Wrestler

When Logan Paul teamed up with The Miz against Dominik and Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania 38, a lot of people probably doubted his abilities. Everyone figured that The Miz would do most of the work. No one could’ve imagined that he’d still be wrestling three years later.

He’s gone toe to toe with some of the best wrestlers in the company, he’s participated in two Elimination Chambers and Money in the Bank, and he had a 273-day reign as WWE United States Champion. It’s obvious that this isn’t a joke to him. He takes every match seriously and gives it one hundred percent every time.

For three years, he has shown everyone that he belongs in WWE. Giving him another title would be deserved for those reasons. Logan Paul is actually very talented, and he should be rewarded for his effort and hard work.

Logan Paul Would Be an Even Greater Heel as Champion

The reaction when Logan Paul comes out to the ring is very polarizing. There’s always a chorus of boos waiting for him whenever he appears on television.

Some of them are because they don’t like him in real life. Others are because he is a heel who loves to insult the fans and other wrestlers. If he’s getting that kind of reaction now, putting another championship on him would give him ultra heat.

WWE already has another heel as WWE Champion with John Cena, who is definitely playing up the villain role. Having two heel champions with characters that are despised by fans would be very entertaining to watch. The fact that they have a sizable following outside of wrestling helps viewership and popularity.

Logan Paul winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship would boost his standing and create lots of new fans that don’t normally watch WWE.
