WWE NXT Stand & Deliver took place on Saturday, April 19. This event served as the prelude to WrestleMania 41 Saturday. At Stand & Deliver, The D’Angelo Family imploded.
Six-Man Tag Team Match Against DarkState
A six-man tag team match between The D’Angelo Family and DarkState was set for the event. This followed weeks of tension between Tony D’Angelo and Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo. Coming off the April 15 edition of NXT, it seemed that The Family was more united than ever.
The six-man tag team match was as intense as it could be. Both sides brutalized the other. At the end, DarkState picked up the victory, and it was because of the implosion of The D’Angelo Family.
The D’Angelo Family Implodes
Lorenzo attacked D’Angelo after the latter would not allow any underhanded tactics. This ultimately played a role in the ending of the match.
Moving forward, D’Angelo and Lorenzo are probably going to be involved in a feud of sorts. For now, things within The D’Angelo Family are no longer the same.
