Last week on WWE Raw, Jey Uso proved why he was the number-one contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 41 against champion Gunther. Jey would start the bout off against Austin Theory like a house on fire. Before the match could ever get off the ground, Jey Uso would score the pin immediately after a devastating Spear.
Post-match, Grayson Waller and Theory would try to attack the 2025 Royal Rumble winner. Fortunately, he was able to fight them off, leading to this tag team match being sanctioned on WWE Raw in Glasgow, Scotland. The identity of Jey Uso’s partner was kept under wraps for a whole week, preventing Waller and Theory from formulating a game plan.
Then, the music hit, which resulted in Jimmy Uso walking out with Jey to a raucous ovation from the Scottish crowd. The last time these two teamed was a year and a half ago, beating Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa for Jey Uso to gain a number one contender spot back in 2023.
We all knew WWE Raw was going to be on fire. However, we didn’t expect that the arrival and subsequent reunion of The Usos would elevate Monday’s show to “YEET!” levels of hype.
