Inaugural WWE Crown Jewel Champions Crowned

At Crown Jewel, the two matches that will have quite a bit of attention will be the brand wars between the top champions. This will all see the inaugural WWE Crown Jewel Champions be crowned.

On the men’s side, SmackDown’s Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes will clash with World Heavyweight Champion Gunther, who represents Raw. This match-up between Rhodes and Gunther is a dream match and one that will certainly have a lot of eyes on it. Although the pair will be competing for the Crown Jewel Championship, this runs so much deeper than that.

Gunther has long been considered one of the most dominant wrestlers on the WWE roster, and he looks to prove that once more. For Rhodes, this is a chance to assert himself at the top of the WWE – not just SmackDown.

On the women’s side, the top two champions will be competing to crown the inaugural WWE Women’s Crown Jewel Champion. WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax will represent SmackDown, and she will go up against Raw’s Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan.

Both Jax and Morgan will be aiming to walk out of Crown Jewel with a second championship. With lingering threats in the shadows, however, they might have to also protect themselves on the night to even hold onto champ status. Jax finds herself dealing with Naomi whilst Morgan is still trying to fend off Rhea Ripley.

Beyond that, Miss Money in the Bank Tiffany Stratton will also be lurking around, and she could shake things up in a major way.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Fatal Four-Way Match

WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill have quite the task ahead of them at Crown Jewel. The pair will be in a fatal four-way match as they try to defend their gold against various challengers. Namely, these challengers include Damage CTRL’s Kairi Sane & IYO SKY, Meta-Four’s Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson, and Chelsea Green and Piper Niven.

All three challenging teams would like to gain the titles but the champions are formidable. If any tag team can fend off this attack, it would definitely be Belair and Cargill. But the other three teams could just find a way to pull the big one off at Crown Jewel.

The Bloodline Civil War

The Bloodline’s civil war is one that has been ongoing for a while now and, at Crown Jewel, it all comes to a head. Jey and Jimmy Uso regroup with Roman Reigns to repel off Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and/or Jacob Fatu.

This six-man tag team match at Crown Jewel could have direct implications on how Survivor Series: WarGames ultimately plays out. Sami Zayn could be a contributing factor to this match, or it could even be a debuting act. Although having so many moving parts, it can be expected that this is one of the must-see matches at Crown Jewel.

Randy Orton Takes On Kevin Owens

The super team of Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens has finally imploded. Whilst Rhodes focuses on his championship duties, Orton looks to take care of the Owens problem and execute his revenge on his former tag team partner.

Following instances of backstage beatdowns and all, Owens and Orton finally get the chance to get their hands on each other at Crown Jewel. Despite not having a special stipulation, it can be expected that this will be one of the more violent matches on this card.
