WrestleMania 39 has come and gone. With that, we have one more night at Los Angeles for Monday Night Raw as WWE returns to the Crypto.com Arena for that final night. Let’s take a look at what might happen coming off the two night event on WWE Raw tonight.

WWE Raw Tonight – Full Card

Roman Retains

In a rather shocking result, The Tribal Chief walked away with the gold last night. This despite Cody Rhodes being about as poised as anyone could be to finally end the run. But after this, who is left? Will we really see The Head Of The Table go another full year as Champion? Simply put, we have no challengers left in WWE. Do we have to look outside? Or is a new challenger coming up from NXT?

Call-Ups?

Speaking of which, it was an annual tradition to see NXT call ups after WrestleMania. Having seen Bron Breakker and Roxanne Perez both lose their NXT Championships at Stand & Deliver, it seems quite probable that they might show up either on Raw or SmackDown. Would other stars from NXT show up too? We’ve yet to see Cameron Grimes after months. Perhaps a tag team is being called up.

Returns?

Returns are another staple of the Post-WrestleMania Raw. As far as major stars out of action, we have quite a few to choose from that can make a big return. AJ Styles suffered a broken ankle a few months ago and seems ready to come back. Randy Orton has been out for nearly a year with a back injury. Rumors of his return have surfaced. Matt Riddle served a suspension months ago. Perhaps he’s ready to come back.

Jay White?

The Switchblade and former Bullet Club leader exited New Japan Pro Wrestling last February and rumors have swirled regarding his likely destination. As more time goes by, it seems less likely that AEW will be his destination and WWE is likely it. And what better place than the Raw after WrestleMania to appear if it’s going to happen. Will he be Roman’s next challenge? Or perhaps the man to catch Cody Rhodes on rebound after his loss?

The Road To Backlash

With WrestleMania behind, it’s time for WWE to pack their bags. Because the next destination is Backlash in Puerto Rico in a month’s time. Will we get an idea of some matches for the card immediately? Or will we wait a bit for the WrestleMania buzz to simmer before things become more clear?
