This week’s episode of AEW Rampage was taped after an eventful edition of AEW Dynamite which kicked off the Owen Hart tournament for both the men and the women. The Owen continued on AEW Rampage with one major change being made to the women’s bracket. Let’s take a look at the AEW Rampage spoilers and see what went down.

Death Triangle (PAC, Penta & Fenix) vs AFO (Butcher, Blade & Marq Quen)
The Death Triangle came away with the win here when PAC pinned Marq Quen. After the match the lights went out and the House of Black appeared to stare down the Death Triangle. The lights went off again however and the House of Black members vanished.
Shawn Spears vs Bear Boulder
Shawn Spears defeats Bear Boulder of Bear Country by pinfall. After the match, the self-dubbed “giant killer” hits Boulder with a chair.
Owen Hart Tournament – Ruby Soho vs Riho
Ruby Soho defeated Riho to advance in the tournament.
Hikaru Shida’s Replacement
Hikaru Shida is out of the Owen Hart Tournament due to injury. The Baddies and Mark Sterling make the claim that Red Velvet should advance to the next round via forfeit but it’s announced that Kris Statlander will replace Shida as Velvet’s first-round opponent.
TNT Championship – Scorpio Sky (c) vs Frankie Kazarian
Scorpio Sky defeated Kazarian to retain the TNT Championship with help from Ethan Page. After the match Kazarian tells Sky that Page cheated, Sky seemingly argues with Page and Lambert before swerving and beating down Kazarian with his teammates. Sammy Guevara comes out to run off the Men of The Year as this angle continues to devalue the TNT Championship.
