Randy Orton and Natalya Set New Guinness World Records

Randy Orton Natalya Guinness World Records

At the 2021 Survivor Series event, two WWE superstars set new Guinness World Records for most WWE PPV appearances for male and female wrestlers respectively: Randy Orton and Natalya. Randy Orton set his at 177 appearances in a tag team match with fellow Raw Tag Team Champion Riddle against SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos. With this match in the record books, “The Viper” beat out previous record-holder Kane. Natalya also set her record for most appearances at WWE PPVs by a female when she competed in the traditional Women’s Survivor Series Match pitting competitors of SmackDown and Raw against one another. With this, Natalya has officially appeared in a total of 68 PPVs in her career.

This isn’t the extent of the records that were broken between Randy Orton and Natalya, either. Orton also set an impressive record for most matches on Raw, again beating Kane’s record of 436, scoring himself an impressive new record of 437 by defeating the team of Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler, also known as The Dirty Dawgs, to retain the RAW Tag Team Championship, again with tag team partner Riddle. Other names that are typically associated with most matches wrestled in WWE history include, but aren’t limited to, Ziggler, The Miz, Sheamus, Kofi Kingston, John Cena, and The Big Show, the latter currently known in All Elite Wrestling as Paul Wight.
